You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. For change-of-mind returns, items must be unopened and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund. Due to the nature of vacuum-sealed packaging, opened items cannot be returned or refunded unless defective or incorrect.

Return shipping is free if the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item). For change-of-mind returns, the original shipping cost we incurred when sending the product to you will be deducted from your refund.

You should expect to receive your refund within up to four weeks from the day you hand your return package to the shipper. The foam may compress during shipping. Lightly soak it in water, squeeze out the excess, and let it air-dry completely to regain its original shape.
The panels have a strong smell when first opened. Are they safe?
Yes. The panels are made from formaldehyde-free polyurethane acoustic foam and are completely safe for indoor use. The initial odor may occur from sealed packaging but will fade naturally after a day or two in a ventilated space.
What’s the best way to mount them to the wall?
Use Foroomaco’s Mini Ear pads for clean, secure installation. They hold firmly without wall damage or residue. Make sure the surface is clean and dry before applying.
Do I have to install them in the ceiling corners?
Bass traps are designed for three-surface corners where low frequencies naturally build up. Installing them on flat walls greatly reduces performance. Place them symmetrically in ceiling or floor corners for optimal sound balance.
How can I tell if they’re working properly?
